Spot & Eat facilitates orders and bookings between customers and independent partners (restaurants, food trucks, and venues). Because orders involve freshly prepared food and reserved time, many purchases are not returnable and some are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility is subject to when the order/booking is placed and the scheduled fulfillment or Event Date/Time.

Spot & Eat is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent restaurants, food trucks, and venues. Customers place and pay for orders/bookings through Spot & Eat. After the order/booking is successfully completed, Spot & Eat pays the partner their earnings minus the Spot & Eat platform fee. Partners are responsible for preparing and providing the goods/services; Spot & Eat provides the technology, support, and payment facilitation.
